twotonmax is a sensitively transformed, beautifully detailed industrial warehouse located in North Melbourne. Hidden behind an anonymous street front, a lush garden leads to the lofty interior that balances bold industrial elements against crisp, contemporary details. As a blank canvas, it is suitable for a wide range of functions and events, from exclusive corporate dinners to product launches, and private functions of all sizes.

The stunning burnished concrete floor, neutral white walls and discrete lighting are easily enhanced with additional fixtures as required. An oversize marble service bar is coupled with a commercial kitchen, sparkling bathrooms, air conditioning and other facilities, all well integrated into the venue. The vintage overhead crane, with two ton max capacity, can be called into duty if required.

Located in a business area and close to Macaulay railway station, the venue benefits from unrestricted street parking and there are no residents in the immediate area. twotonmax can accommodate 200 guests seated and over 400 for cocktail functions.
