Franklin House - venues

The founding house for the National Trust in Tasmania, Franklin House is a classic Georgian building which lends itself beautifully to small functions, receptions and dinners for groups and conferences. It is the location to add that special touch to your function. The premises and grounds provide a stunning backdrop to any private or corporate presentation, launch or cocktail party.

Weddings and receptions in marquees are held regularly in the extensive rear gardens.

In addition, a well-equipped kitchenette is located at the rear of the building which ensures ease of use for caterers for garden functions in marquees or the house.
