The Mill on Morrison is situated within the heritage listed City Flour Mill Complex on Hobart's waterfront. Fast becoming one of Hobart’s favourite destinations and full of character, the venue provides two unique areas for events.

The restaurant has been stripped back to the original wooden beams and floorboards and is very open, allowing the venue to cater for a range of different events.

The atrium area is the real showstopper. Situated at the rear of the restaurant, the ceiling rises up to a skylight, providing an open air feel without the worry of the elements. Serving as a reminder of the property’s previous life as a Flour Mill, a gorgeous original wooden feature wall rises up three floors and makes this area feel extremely special.

The owners of The Mill on Morrison are a team of five young hospitality veterans who combine their wealth of experience together to provide friendly, professional service. The kitchen is lead by Head Chef Fabian Christoph, offering a range of function menus from canapés to full sit-down dinners.
