Just a note to say how blown away we were by the service at Northside.

The friendliness of the staff, the organisation of the room, attention to detail with client care, all second to none. Plus we noticed that everyone was smiling all the time. That is just such a pleasure to deal with. We'll be coming back again, and we'll be recommending Northside to our colleagues and clients.

The room was ideal for us, and the location and helpful support of the Northside Conference staff made a real difference for the success of our workshop. All our feedback was very positive in regard to the value for our participants and visitors. In particular, Irene and Annie were unfailingly pleasant and helpful, looking for ways to support us and ensuring we had the furniture, equipment and layouts needed. They were also sensitive and accommodating to our sometimes missing the timings we advised. Overall it was a very pleasant and productive experience - thank you!
