Privately owned by Barry Topple, the Retreat offers highly personalised service and the flexibility to meet your individual requirements. As an experienced trainer Barry truly understands the needs of meeting organisers, facilitators and delegates. Offering dedicated conference facilities, specially designed to maximise the meeting's effectiveness, flexible but unobtrusive service and attention to detail, facilitators are able to concentrate on running the meeting. There is also extensive grounds for outdoor activities, a very high standard of catering cuisine, a wide range of on-site leisure facilities and free wireless broadband throughout the Retreat.
The hi-tech centre is fully air-conditioned with an abundance of natural light and offers four conference suites with adjoining breakout rooms and a boardroom. Extensive recreation and leisure activities are provided in the conference rate to help your delegates relax outside formal conference proceedings.
All rooms are available for single or twin occupancy and with the ability to accommodate delegates in nearby facilities our total capacity can be extended, on a twin share basis, to 120 delegates.
I recently spent a weekend at Australis Retreat at Wisemans. The hotel itself is great, nestled in the valley of Wisemans Ferry. It's a friendly and comfortable place to say. Loads of room, a golf course, restaurant, 25 metre swimming pool and excellent breakfasts at the Retreat restaurant. A stones throw away from the local pub, bowling club and of course Hawkesbury river. Barry and his team are doing a great job. A great venue for corporate getaways with ample conference facilities amongst some of NSW's great mining history and scenery to match.
