Event Planet - suppliers

It was an absolute pleasure working with the team at Event Planet to organise the Polo in the City event for our most valued clients last year. It provided a unique opportunity to entertain our guests in a special way, and we received fantastic feedback following the event. Located in Sydney’s beautiful Centennial Park our guests were able to enjoy the sunshine and scenery, while having the privacy provided by the semi-enclosed marquee. The expertise and professionalism that the team exhibited at Event Planet was invaluable, the preparation was seamless and I always felt confident that we were in safe hands.

Just a quick email to say “many thanks” for another sensational job at the Test Match. You were an absolute pleasure to work with (as always), and from all reports the Members Events were extremely well received and enjoyed by all.

Well, I am not sure where to start but we wanted to drop you a little note to say a big thanks for putting on a wonderful night. The room was amazing, the food was brilliant, the entertainment was out of this world and we put all of this down to your hard work, attention to detail and commitment to making the night a success for us. We honestly can’t say thank you enough. We are truly grateful and there is a buzz around the office this morning on just how good the night was. One person even went so far as to say that this was the best one she had been to in years. Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts and we look forward to doing bigger and better things next year.

The reason why I love working with Event Planet is that they can create a concept from nowhere, take hold of it, massage it and transform it into an AMAZING event, creating memories and dreams. It is a team of professional, dedicated, hardworking and passionate people who always have the client in mind. In my 35 year career in broadcasting and now government I have never worked with a more professional team that delivered well beyond expectations and was so delightful to work with. Each member of the Event Planet team was just wonderful to liaise with and I have to say you’re a class act. I have no hesitation in recommending Event Planet, given my experience of working with them on the Vodafone end of year party. Given the limited time they pulled together a fantastic event for 1100 of our “people” at the Shangri-La Hotel in Sydney’s CBD. Creatively they were fantastic and were always happy to find solutions to whatever issues or challenges arose. Not only did they produce a spectacular night, recognised as one of the best Christmas parties in recent years, it came in on budget!”

I just wanted to thank you for your creative and detailed approach to last night’s event. I think we all heard how good the feedback was, and it all started with the WOW factor that the room setting itself delivered, followed by the food, and of course, the amazing entertainment.
