Walsh Bay Kitchen’s menu samples delicious and innovative Australian fare, created by Head Chef, Kay Hwang. When working their way through the menu, diners can indulge in swordfish, steamed ravioli and leek; pan seared salmon, king crab, celeriac and lemonade sauce; Wagyu rump, chimichurri and labneh; strawberry tartlet, banana, strawberry and Szechuan, or dark chocolate cake and lime sorbet.
