Fabian Christoph and Narelle Monks are both young, talented and, despite their youth, bring wide European experience to their first restaurant venture. Christoph trained at the Porthminster Beach Cafe in Cornwall under renowned chef Michael Smith and delivers a modern Australian menu of dishes that blend native ingredients with international flavours such as pork cheek with apple sauce, pork fillet with split pea puree, and pork belly and fennel roulade

Few restaurants in Tasmania showcase such a masterful selection of local produce. Accordingly, in 2007 restaurant 373 was awarded Best New Establishment by AHA/Restaurant & Catering Tasmania and Best European Restaurant by AHA/Restaurant & Catering Tasmania.
