Press Club Projects (PCP) is a custom designed experimental kitchen for chef George Calombaris and The Press Club's Executive Chef Reuben Davis. Located next to The Press Club on Flinders Street, it is the only test kitchen of its kind in Australia.
A high-tech ‘gastronomic workshop’ with scientific equipment and exotic ingredients, it is a place where imaginations run wild and innovation is born.
PCP is open for private and sessional dining. Food lovers can participate in a unique and exclusive creative culinary experience.
The space can accommodate eight to 18 guests.
