Ocean Room, on the edge of Sydney's most prestigious location, incomparably offers the finest selection of fresh seafood in an outstanding dining surrounding. Ocean Room redefines Sydney dining, with a unique and modern-style coastal cuisine that combines fresh seafood with exciting flavour combinations from Japan and the Mediterranean. On a quest to present the ultimate seafood experience, the best and finest bounties from the sea are sourced daily by Chef Raita Noda.

Ocean Room features a focal point six metre high x eight metre long state-of-the-art glass aquarium wall, made up of a series of live tanks that can be seen from any point in the restaurant. Each tank provides a specific aquatic environment to accommodate 30 different varieties of fish, shellfish and crustaceans, which are ultimately prepared and cooked by a talented team of chefs at the customer's request.

With a high concept d?cor and a stunning design, Ocean Room is about complex palates of colour, shape and form including the signature Palm Lights, exclusively designed for Ocean Room, that cascade down the centre of the restaurant.

Located above the main dining room is a beautifully appointed floor-to-ceiling glass private dining room unveiling the spectacular backdrop of Sydney Harbour and the Opera House.
