As the Manager of LIW’s Centre for Leadership (CFL), Sharon Lindner brings to the role more than 20 years’ experience in customer service, spanning the event management, hospitality and construction industries. Her collaborative approach and attention to detail ensures a relaxed, yet professionally delivered outcome for clients looking for a truly memorable experience.

The CFL specializes in providing an intimate environment for corporate functions. Set in the heritage site of Chowder Bay, the location boasts the double delights of unspoilt natural bush land, combined with the spectacular coastal backdrop of Sydney Harbour and Clifton Gardens. This unique venue offers a sense of seclusion, tranquility and being truly “away from it all”, while still being accessible from Sydney’s CBD in just 10 minutes by water taxi (as well as by road).

The Centre also offers the flexibility of catering for groups of 4 to 50 people, in as formal or informal setting as you require. Our beautiful rooms combine historic elegance with modern facilities, filled with natural daylight and fabulous views.

The spacious outdoor areas are also ideal for team building and recreational activities, which Sharon and her friendly, efficient team are happy to facilitate for you.
