With over 12 years experience Sally brings her passion and enthusiasm for the industry to her role as Restaurant Manager at Scugnizzo. Sally began her career in catering before moving to the UK where she worked her way to restaurant manager of a 4-Star London Hotel. Returning to Melbourne in 2002, she assisted in the opening of a cafe on Brunswick Street before moving to the Hatted London Hotel. Sally then worked at the Middle Brighton Baths where she was involved in the functions and events.

In 2008 Sally took up an opportunity to live and work in one of the well known hotels in Positano on the Amalfi Coast in Italy. After a year she moved to Cable beach in Western Australia to assist in the managing of a wine bar before returning home to Melbourne to work alongside bother-in-law, owner and head chef of Scugnizzo, Carmine Carannante.
