Lillian began her career working at Sheraton on the Park whilst completing Hospitality Management at Ryde TAFE, since then she continued to gain further experience in Paris and Barcelona working in Hospitality at Hotel Costes, Paris, then onto Group Public Relations at Hotel Gran Melia Barcelona.

Lillian dedicated this time to perfect her languages in; Spanish, Italian, French and Catalan which enabled her to acquire a role as PA at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Barcelona.

Her past experience pointed her towards managing Serviced Offices for five years where she helped an array of businesses in relocating, as well as, coordinating functions.

After 10 years offshore, Lillian realised it was time to return home to Australia and rapidly began work as Sales & Marketing Manager for the Rydges Camperdown property. Lillian proved her negotiating skills to encompass more groups into the hotel and used her yielding strategies to make the property the brand that it is today.

Her extensive history in Food & Beverage, Hotel Management, and working at the Australian Radio Network in Advertising, makes her an asset in understanding the needs of our clientele.
