Chef Justin Bull has a passion for events, simple and seasonal food. With Justin at the helm in the kitchen, Gold Licence caterers Bayleaf have gained a healthy reputation for fine food at large scale events with guests numbering well in to the thousands.

Known as “chef to the stars”, Justin has spent a large part of his career cooking and catering to the A LIST set. This includes four years as chef and assistant to Russell Crowe, where he catered parties for Sting, Giorgio Armani, Jodie Foster, Sir Ridley Scott and Christian Bale to name a few. Two years with the Packer family and as the front man of Star Grazers Catering, Justin and his team have catered to the likes of U2, Lady Gaga, Prince, Cold Play, INXS, Kylie Minogue and Bruce Springsteen.
