Backed by more than 15 years of hospitality experience, Holly Orsman Smith is the Group Sales & Marketing Manager for the Tea Room Group. In her role, Holly is responsible for a team of event co-ordinators and administrators across each of the Tea Room’s venues, as well as managing sales and strategy across all of the company’s brands.
The Tea Room Group specialises in contemporary and stylish venues located in unique locations. The Tea Room Group currently owns and operates The Tea Room QVB and The Tea Room Gunners Barracks, Sergeants’ Mess and Dunbar House.
Opened in late 2009, Sergeants’ Mess has quickly established itself as one of Sydney’s most sought after venues. Combining breathtaking harbour views with elegant intricacies of design and world class dining, Sergeants’ Mess is the ideal location for both corporate events and weddings of all styles.
