Fabian Christoph and Narelle Monks started restaurant 373 in their mid 20's with the aim of producing a restaurant that showcased Tasmania's finest produce and wines in the style of a restaurant that they would like to go to.
Fabian has worked the stoves through his 13 year career in leading restaurants such as Donovans in St Kilda, Bacash in Prahan and Porthminster Beach Cafe in St Ives, Cornwall, England.
Narelle Monks started her career as a pastry chef, but moved onto the floor when working at Porthminster Beach Cafe. Narelle was Assistant Manager at popular Hobart restaurant Rockerfellers, before Narelle and Fabian bought restaurant 373.
restaurant 373 has evolved to now incorporate two private dining areas that complement the main restaurant.
