Arnya Tait is the Corporate Sales Manager for all four Fraser’s properties in Western Australia, and is one of their biggest assets. Arnya got her start in hospitality as a waitress and eventually became the Functions Operations Manager of a 5-Star hotel in Queensland before moving to Perth to manage Fraser’s.

Arnya has managed functions, weddings and conferences with up to 1500 delegates across 14 function rooms. That practical knowledge and understanding of the floor operation enables her to sell with a very real and practical approach.

Arnya has won the coveted ‘WA Catering Consultant of the Year’ three times in a row since 2007 at the Catering Institute of WA Awards for Excellence.

Arnya is a compassionate and renowned ‘people person’ who goes to great lengths to provide that personal touch, and trains her staff to support this philosophy. She enjoys the creative process of making an idea become reality, and firmly believes that “imagination is the only boundary” when it comes to function, planning and theming.
