Anthony Halprin - Sense Event Group

Anthony Halprin is Co-Founder and Managing Director of special events agency, Sense Events.

Before establishing Sense in 2007, Anthony has been in senior event roles across all sectors both locally and internationally. While studying Leisure Management and Special Events at the University of Technology he was already producing music festivals, private parties and charity sporting events for over 10,000 people.

Anthony and business partner Mark Bennedick saw an opportunity to create an event company that was more progressive and forward thinking to anything else out there, from there Sense was born.

“Our mantra is re-thinking events," says Halprin. "We want to shake things up and incorporate new and cutting-edge practices to ensure our clients get the best results.”

These new practices include integrating the digital and online world, an area that is beginning to boom in the events industry worldwide. Anthony is interested in the impact technology is having on live events and finding ways to enhance the experience of people who attend them.

“We’re excited about the possibilities of live events, digital media and hybrid event technology. it's changing the way people experience events,” said Anthony Halprin

“Today it’s all about extending the life of an event, reaching wider audiences and providing more interactive experiences and of course, a better return on investment.”

Sense Events is challenging the status quo, they're challenging audiences to see things differently and encouraging interaction with people and brands in new and interesting ways.
