Amy co-founded A LIST Guide with her business partner James McGregor, in 2006 and, under her competent, hands-on direction, the company has continued to grow and expand over the past 6 years. A LIST Guide is the definitive event management guide designed by event managers, for event managers.

A LIST Guide now represents over 850 of the leading corporate event venues, suppliers and activity operators around Australia. A LIST Guide is the market-leading, national online and print corporate event guide, which is used by thousands of event managers daily.

In addition to her role as Managing Director of A LIST Guide, Amy is also Managing Director of the Jupiter Management Group, overseeing all the group’s various brands. These include: Food Wine Sleep – now one of Australia’s most popular online and iPhone App restaurant, bar and hotel guides; and Event Planet - ones of Australia's most respected and impressive corporate event management agencies. Together with A LIST Guide, these digital and creative communications businesses form a unique and unrivalled enterprise.

After graduating from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Commerce, Amy travelled extensively throughout Africa and Europe before a chance encounter at a horse race in France, resulted in her landing a job as an Event Manager with one of the UK’s most respected event management companies, TEAM. She was soon working with TEAM’s high profile IT clients such as Nokia, Cisco Systems, Intel and Compaq. In particular, Amy was responsible for the creation and implementation of exclusive incentive programs for her clients, including specific events across Europe: taking in the British Grand Prix, sailing in Malta, skiing in Switzerland and Ski-Doo-ing on glaciers in Iceland.

In 2001, after two exciting years based in the UK, Amy returned to Australia and immediately established Event Planet. Since then, this company’s corporate clients have included many market-leading companies and brands: Vodafone Hutchison Australia, Nestle, Coca Cola, Veuve Clicquot, Commonwealth Bank, Microsoft, DHL Worldwide, Fuji Xerox, McKinsey & Co, PwC, Bloomberg, Bonds, The Berlei Group, Sheridan, Audi Australia and many more.

Today, with Amy at the helm, Jupiter Management group employs a team of over 15 full-time talented, creative and highly-skilled professionals and skill-specific freelance staff.
