Competition Terms & Conditions

1) The Promoter is described in Condition 10 of these terms and conditions of entry. Information on how to enter and redeem a prize comprises part of the terms and conditions of entry.

2) Entry is open to Australian residents who elect to enter their information in the fields required to submit an entry. Employees of the Promoter and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Entries are limited to one per person.

3) The Competition commences 5pm on the 11th June 2010. The Competition closes at 5pm on 20th August 2010. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office at 10 Heeley Street, Paddington, NSW, 2021, AUSTRALIA. The winner will be notified by email shortly after. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into and no claims accepted.

4) The prize includes one night in a Garden Courtyard Room including breakfast for two and dinner for two in Hordern’s Restaurant including a complimentary bottle of Milton Park Shiraz. Prize is valued at $678.Subject to availability.

5) The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.

6) If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parents or guardian.

7) The Promoter will collect your personal information to enable it to conduct the promotion and offer you the prize, if the entry is a chosen winner. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the head office of the Promoter referred to in Condition 3. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the head office.

8) By entering the competition you accept that The Promoter or entity providing the prize may use this information to contact and provide you with information and updates from the Promoter.

9) The Promoter and its employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost, expense, death or injury in respect of or arising from or incurred by the conduct of the promotion by the Promoter, the acceptance of the prize by the winner, the quality and standard of the prize or any matter whatsoever pertaining to the prize and the Promotion.
