Our Operators enjoyed the challenge; great facilitation to be able to channel some of the very competitive personalities to keep participating, to keep contributing to the team, to finish with an energy from the whole group that could have been heard from the next suburb. The finale of finishing with donating the bikes to the children really made it a satisfying day, lifting the spirits of everyone involved.
